This position reports directly to the Head of Civil &amp; Structural.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading a team of civil and structural engineers in-house.<\/li>\n<li>Leading a team of 3rd party (external) civil and structural engineers outside of AL premises.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring quality of engineering documents and material supply according to contract requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Providing realistic and reliable forecasts on man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of\u00a0milestones and freezing dates.<\/li>\n<li>Managing man-hour consumption, quantities, cost, achievement of milestones and freezing dates and deviations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Are you a MATCH? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering\u00a0within an industrial environment.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in drafting and designing roles for projects, including preparation of calculations and drawings for foundations, buildings and structural steel.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of AutoCAD.<\/li>\n<li>Professional license, knowledge of software such as Autodesk Robot software, Tekla, Aveva or Smart Plant will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum basic knowledge of geotechnical aspects &#8211;
