As a technology partner, customers benefit from our research and development to achieve energy transition goals.<\/p>\n<p>Air Liquide\u2019s ambition is to be a leader in its industry, deliver long term performance and contribute to sustainability &#8211; with a strong commitment to climate change and energy transition at the heart of its strategy.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The DDS InnoTech &#8211; <strong>EPC Product Manager Plant Design (2D \/ 3D \/ E&amp;I)<\/strong> bridges business ambition and engineering reality to deliver products that are usable, viable, and valuable. Accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle\u2014from backlog to performance tracking\u2014this role translates strategy into execution. Through close collaboration with the Business Solution Owners, the Product Manager ensures that technical solutions are robust, the roadmap is understood, and business goals are met.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>EPC Product Manager Plant Design (2D \/ 3D \/ E&amp;I)<\/strong> will treat the Schematic-to-Model workflow flow as a high-performance product, to ensure absolute data synchronization, and provide a seamless &#8216;Digital Thread&#8217; from the first 2D diagram to the final 3D design deliverable.<\/p>\n<p>Product Manager will own the \u201cDiagram-to-Model workflow and lead on the functional shift of legacy 2D\/3D data from SmartPlant into the Aveva UE environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities &amp; Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Define Digital Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap:<\/b>\u00a0Own the product scope across the DDS organization. Define the overall product strategy, vision, and yearly technical roadmaps aligned with business and domain roadmaps. Prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility, oversee product timelines, analyze market trends, and validate strategic trajectories with the Domain Manager.<\/li>\n<li><b>Pilot Financial Envelope &amp; Performance Management:<\/b>\u00a0Maximize financial success, optimize profitability, and improve operational efficiency. Own and manage the product budget (covering operating costs and cost allocation models), monitor KPIs and financial metrics, manage licenses and track usage rates, and analyze user satisfaction insights.<\/li>\n<li><b>Own Product Engineering Design &amp; Delivery Management:<\/b>\u00a0Ensure end-to-end product design and delivery aligned with strategic objectives and agile practices. Leverage technical guidance from architecture and technical solutions teams, synchronize release cycles with customer priorities, manage product\u00a0retirement\/obsolescence,\u00a0maintain product\u00a0documentation\/release\u00a0notes, and support rollouts via training and change management strategies.<\/li>\n<li><b>Drive Cross-Functional Team Coordination &amp; Project Management:<\/b>\u00a0Coordinate cross-functional teams for project and operational excellence, and act as Project Manager when designated by the Domain Manager. Partner daily with the Solution Owner on trade-offs between speed and technical robustness, validate that requirements meet Group safety and cybersecurity standards, and act as the primary translator between the business\/users and IT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Work Relations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Direct Supervisor:\u00a0<\/b>EPC Product Portfolio Manager.<\/li>\n<li><b>Key Interactions:<\/b>\u00a0Domain Managers, other Product Managers, Product Experts, and the Global Technical Services Director &#8211; Solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Are you a MATCH? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Work experience:\u00a0&gt;10 y\u00a0EPC Plant Design;\u00a0&gt; 3 y\u00a0AVEVA E3D and\u00a0AVEVA\u00a0Diagrams<\/li>\n<li>Understanding the Digital &amp; IT profession (planning, building, deploying and running digital solutions)<\/li>\n<li>Deep functional knowledge of\u00a0AVEVA E3D and Aveva Diagram &#8211;\u00a0Exposure to SmartPlant suite is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to drive its products with stakeholders in different geographies<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge on financial and operational controlling<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of Data, Digital and IT domains<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset focused on problem solving and effective decision making\u00a0and a\u00a0passion for automation and reducing\u00a0&#8220;time-per-task&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Air Liquide Engineering &amp;
