As Australia develops a sovereign naval nuclear capability, we are seeking expressions of interest from\u00a0experienced UK Nuclear Safety professionals\u00a0<\/strong>interested in relocating to Australia and contributing to one of the most significant nuclear programmes in the world.<\/p>\n

Working alongside specialists from Australia, the UK and across our global business, you will have the opportunity to shape the safety approaches, assurance frameworks and technical justifications that will underpin Australia’s future nuclear enterprise.<\/p>\n

                About You\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

                We are interested in hearing from professionals at all levels who bring:<\/p>\n

                • A degree in engineering, physics,\u00a0mathematics\u00a0or another STEM discipline, or a have completed a\u00a0relevant industrial apprenticeship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                  • Experience delivering nuclear safety case, safety\u00a0assessment\u00a0or safety assurance activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                      \n
                    • Experience within defence nuclear, civil nuclear or other highly regulated industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                        \n
                      • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                        • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                          • A commitment to technical excellence and continuous learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                            • Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

                              Most importantly, you will be motivated by the opportunity to help establish a new sovereign nuclear capability and leave a lasting legacy for Australia’s future nuclear industry.<\/p>\n

                              Due to the nature of our defence projects, successful applicants will\u00a0be required\u00a0to obtain and\u00a0maintain\u00a0an appropriate security\u00a0clearance (Australian NV1 or UK SC\/DV equivalent). We will support suitable candidates through the clearance process where\u00a0required.<\/p>\n
