You can also purchase 5 additional days for extra relaxation.<\/li>\n<li>To celebrate our achievements and have fun together, we regularly organize team sports, after-work events, team-building activities, our annual company party, and much more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and modelling infrastructure projects:<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Using InfraWorks and Civil 3D to visualize, simulate, and optimize infrastructure design concepts (roads, railways, drainage systems, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing topographical, geospatial, and geotechnical data to create realistic and reliable models.<\/li>\n<li>Performing sizing calculations and engineering analyses for road designs, water management systems, and other infrastructure networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with project teams:<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure designs comply with specifications and local standards.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure the technical feasibility of projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing project data and conducting simulations:<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrating geographic data and other information from site surveys into BIM models to support a more efficient design and construction process.<\/li>\n<li>Using simulations to evaluate the impact of designs on the environment, costs, and project schedules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Supporting documentation and reporting:<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>We would love to hear from people with<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with\u00a0<strong>Autodesk InfraWorks<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Civil 3D<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Autodesk InfraWorks:<\/strong>\u00a0Detailed 3D modelling of infrastructure projects and execution of simulations based on realistic scenarios.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autodesk Civil 3D:<\/strong>\u00a0Road design, drainage system analysis, and management of topographical and geotechnical data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>BIM (Building Information Modeling):<\/strong>\u00a0Proficiency in using BIM to optimize design processes and collaboration between different teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of infrastructure design and modelling.<\/li>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of\u00a0<strong>design principles for highways, primary roads, and other infrastructure elements.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and modelling drainage systems, roads, and other civil infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and experience working in team environments.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>A portfolio showcasing previous work and design examples must be submitted as part of the application.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Our Recruitment Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-screening call \/ in-depth HR interview (on-site or via Teams) with the Talent Acquisition Partner<\/li>\n<li>1 or 2 technical interviews (preferably on-site) with your future manager Research shows that men apply when they meet around 60% of the requirements, while women often apply only when they are convinced they meet 100%.
