You will drive the identification, prioritization, assessment and development of critical external suppliers to grow capacity and meet ELDS MV Switchgear mid\/long-term external material needs. The Supplier Capacity Development Manager will drive drive BL-wide methodology development, supports in-factory implementation and leads cross-factory coordination, working closely with quality, procurement, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong><i>The work model for the role is: hybrid\/remote and Global, preferred area Europe.<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is contributing to the Strategy &amp; capacity Ramp-up function of the Global Business Line Switchgear.<br \/>\nYou will join the Business Line Switchgear Strategy &amp; Ramp-up team, and you will report to the Capacity Ramp-up Lead.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops and standardizes\u00a0ELDS MV Switchgear approach to\u00a0identify, prioritize,\u00a0assess\u00a0and develop external suppliers,\u00a0factoring\u00a0individual\u00a0supplier risk\u00a0profiles\u00a0and\u00a0alternative sourcing\u00a0potential across\u00a0ELDS MV Switchgear\u00a0factories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads the identification and prioritization of critical external suppliers using a multi-criteria framework considering supplier risk\u00a0profile\u00a0(e.g., operational performance, financial stability, capacity risk) and alternative sourcing potential (e.g., sourcing alternatives, substitution lead time, technical complexity).<\/li>\n<li>Develops and\u00a0maintains\u00a0a\u00a0tailored\u00a0external\u00a0supplier assessment and development\u00a0methodology,\u00a0including various tools such as supplier self-assessment survey or supplier \u201con-site audit\u201d playbook.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Orchestrates end-to-end roll-out across ELDS MV Switchgear factories to ensure consistent\u00a0methodology\u00a0implementation, knowledge sharing, and best practice dissemination, mobilizing internal (and if\/when\u00a0required\u00a0external) resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively supports factory teams in implementing the\u00a0methodology\u00a0in their own supply chain\u00a0to assess the readiness of their external supplier basis and create supplier development roadmaps, anchored on specific\u00a0milestones, to meet growing ELDS MV Switchgear factory\u00a0component\u00a0needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads cross-factory coordination, including global\u00a0suppliers\u00a0engagements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops and implements\u00a0methodology\u00a0(including KPIs) to consolidate\u00a0key findings and supplier\u00a0development\u00a0roadmaps (resulting from factory\u00a0roll-outs), track\u00a0implementation\u00a0progress\u00a0of supplier roadmaps, and confirm readiness of ELDS MV Switchgear external supplier basis to ramp-up capacity in accordance with growing ELDS MV Switchgear component needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures regular communication and alignment on the above with relevant ELDS MV Switchgear organizations\/functions (e.g., factories, procurement, supply chain, or quality teams)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies,\u00a0escalates\u00a0and drives resolutions of critical BL-wide external supplier capacity risks (i.e.\u00a0risks that could\u00a0threaten\u00a0ELDS MV Switchgear supply continuity).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops and\u00a0maintains\u00a0training materials and guidance documentation for factories teams.<\/li>\n<li>Drives continuous improvement of the capacity evaluation\u00a0methodology\u00a0based on lessons learned and evolving business needs alignment and integration of capacity initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Builds strong relationships with\u00a0external\u00a0suppliers, acting as\u00a0a trusted advisor\u00a0in their capacity development journey.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures transparent communication and stakeholder alignment through regular reporting and progress reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads cross-functional working groups and project teams to drive capacity evaluation and development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coaches\u00a0factory teams and key stakeholders on capacity evaluation\u00a0methodology\u00a0and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Manages relationships with external support providers and auditors to\u00a0optimize\u00a0resource allocation and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u200bQualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in <b>supply chain management<\/b>, with solid understanding of supplier dynamics, sourcing strategies, and capacity risk assessment.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience working in a <b>complex multinational environment<\/b>, leading multi-country projects in a global or regional role with previous experience in the <b>energy sector<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in <b>data analysis and reporting<\/b>, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, develop KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record in <b>process development and standardization<\/b>, including designing and rolling out methodologies, tools and frameworks across multiple sites or organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in <b>project management and cross-functional coordination<\/b>, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in <b>quality and compliance management<\/b>, including familiarity with audit processes, supplier assessment tools and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Background in <b>operations and capacity planning<\/b>, with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing environments and the ability to assess and
