Technical specifications defined during the tendering phase;<\/li>\n<li>Lead a technical team composed of &#8220;customer project technical designers and engineers, and ensure technical coordination of all projects stakeholders;<\/li>\n<li>Lead all technical aspects of customer integrated projects, such as: design, implementation, testing, FAT;<\/li>\n<li>Manage technical risks and interfaces between the project team stakeholders and the customer; and get final customer approval of the overall technical solution designed and delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Scope and Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part of a customer project execution\/application center;<\/li>\n<li>Project technical teams located spread among one or several sites\/countries, requiring international collaboration with other functional teams\/stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key activities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical team coordination &amp; management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead &amp; approve basic and detailed design of all technical aspects of an integrated solution, in line with customer and contract requirements (technical performance);<\/li>\n<li>Make sure the project technical team delivers according to the project planning;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor technical costs, make sure budget for the technical part is under control;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all technical implementation activities done at factories or supplier premises and testing facilities until project closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical coordination of project stakeholders:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in close collaboration with PM &amp; other technical designers and engineers who take care of part of the technical scope;<\/li>\n<li>Identifies whether specific expertise support is needed and coordinate the expertise actions if any;<\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of the sub-contracted parts of the project, in strong coordination with procurement team;<\/li>\n<li>Act as a single point of contact for all project stakeholders regarding the technical content of the project; and ensure technical coordination among the project team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Design &amp; Implementation: according to her\/his field of knowledge<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform, review some design and specification activities, by leveraging Schneider Electric portfolio of products &amp; systems in an optimized manner, in order to maximize profitability and limit technical risks; May perform some implementation\/test activities (testing, FAT, etc).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Risk &amp; Opportunity management, Change management, Alert:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify any potential changes versus contract or already-agreed design;<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with PM to specify the changes and their implications for Schneider Electric (including cost impact eveluation), until getting a variation order;<\/li>\n<li>Alert PM of any substancial issue that could affect the project performance or customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Customer interactions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead technical discussions and clarifications with customer;<\/li>\n<li>Act as the key and trusty contact person for all technical topics related to the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quality process, Methods, Tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support PM to ensure full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes (especially CPP &amp; TDP), and with quality instructions, safety requirements and governance principles;<\/li>\n<li>Lead the technical team to correct any technical deviations or quality issues occurring during project execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Community of practices &amp; Coaching:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take part of Technical Leaders&#8217; Community of Practice within her\/his Execution Center, or globally within Technical Excellence Community network;<\/li>\n<li>Identify, get, formalize, share and promote lessons learned and best practices;<\/li>\n<li>Act as role model and\/or coach junior technical engineers and designers;<\/li>\n<li>Be connected with LoBs and stay tuned on the last technical evolutions of equipment &amp; systems (in her\/his field of engineering, acting then as a referent in the Community).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent English (min B2 \/ C1)<\/li>\n<li>Other languages are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years in leading technical scope of projects<\/li>\n<li>5 years working in one or several engineering application domains: Power, Automation &amp;
