The role primarily supports complex and critical projects, providing advanced support with hands\u2011on expertise for Low\u2011voltage products Masterpact circuit breakers, NSX compact devices, ATS, Power &amp; Quality meters, Low\u2011voltage protection relays (Micrologic), UPS Galaxy, Cooling products (InRow, Dx\/InRoom, Dx\/Chillers) and Medium voltage switchboards<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Start Date:<\/strong> Immediately or by mutual agreement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Your home country within the EU (fully remote setup)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligible Locations:<\/strong> We welcome candidates based in <em>Slovakia, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Italy<\/em><\/li>\n<li><strong>Travel Requirement: <\/strong>Extensive travel across the EU (~70%, occasionally more), offering strong exposure to international customers, partners, and strategic projects<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compensation: <\/strong>Starting from <strong>\u20ac38,000 gross annually<\/strong>, plus an <strong>11% annual bonus<\/strong> and <strong>additional travel-related allowances<\/strong>. The final compensation package will be tailored based on your experience, seniority, and local market conditions in your home country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility Requirement: <\/strong>A valid EU passport is required for this position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Startup &amp; Commissioning on all equipment across the entire Modular Data Center ranges<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate units and system&#8217;s installation &amp; operational conditions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform onsite adjustments to bring the units to the best running conditions<\/li>\n<li>Be able to identify if the failure is related to a quality issue\/ software issue \/ operation condition issue (Root cause Analysis)<\/li>\n<li>Work with another Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during site interventions<\/li>\n<li>Document test results and produce site work reports<\/li>\n<li>Train Schneider Electric customers on basic operations of the equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough understanding of electrical principles particularly for low-voltage, medium voltage, UPS, auto transfer switches, mechanical principles of Cooling and fundamentals knowledge of automation and protection relays<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to perform duties with general direction, receiving only general guidance with respect to overall objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Must comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
