{"id":23913,"date":"2026-10-12T10:13:58","date_gmt":"2026-10-12T08:13:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=23913"},"modified":"2026-10-12T10:14:15","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T08:14:15","slug":"vestas-new-site-support-supervisor-szczecin-polska","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/vestas-new-site-support-supervisor-szczecin-polska\/","title":{"rendered":"New Site Support Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The New Site Support function is responsible for several critical areas across our global Offshore Service operations, including: Providing early operational, on-site support to new Offshore Service sites worldwide, with a strong focus on ensuring the readiness of Site Supervisors and TechniciansSupporting the Installed Fleet, in collaboration with Technical Operations, particularly in cases involving long-term down wind turbine generators (WTGs), complex faults, and operational recovery effortsDelivering on-site operational mentorship and upskilling in required focus areas across Offshore Service sites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support service readiness activities up to 12 months before site handover, ensuring processes, documentation, tooling, spare parts, and training are in place for successful operations<\/li>\n<li>Coach and mentor Site Supervisors, Deputy Supervisors, and Technicians to drive safe, efficient, and high-performing site operationsPromote operational excellence and the OneVestas philosophy by embedding standardised ways of working across all sites and regions<\/li>\n<li>Provide planning and execution support for major turbine recoveries, complex repairs, service campaigns, statutory inspections, upgrades, and service work order management<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate operational resources through SAP, including personnel, tools, materials, and vessel planning, while considering weather and site-specific requirements<\/li>\n<li>Deliver onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer programmes for new supervisors and site teams, including safety rules and contractual obligations<\/li>\n<li>Act as a key operational support partner to Service Managers, driving lessons learned, workload prioritisation, daily operational routines, and continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical qualification, degree, or equivalent industry experience, combined with proven expertise in offshore wind farm operations<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of V236, V164\/V174, or Eventus turbine platforms, with the ability to provide technical guidance and operational support<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in a similar role within an international wind energy, offshore, or service organisation<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively across global teams<\/li>\n<li>Eligible and able to obtain work visas globally, with regular international travel expected across regions including the EU, USA, Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We expect that you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment<\/li>\n<li>Takes ownership of challenges through to resolution, driving solutions and ensuring successful implementation of improvements and corrective actions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, combined with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking to support operational and business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in change management and conflict resolution, with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-focused, proactive approach to understanding and meeting business and client needs<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of prioritising effectively while thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, and evolving environment<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP, with experience supporting spare parts, materials management, and operational planning, supported by a full driving licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vestas is the energy industry&#8217;s global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
