The role requires in-depth knowledge of business operations and labor law and is managed by senior HR People Partners. The focus is on fostering positive labor relations and effectively managing labor law challenges within the company. The position holder plays a key role in negotiating works agreements and interpreting and implementing collective agreements, acting as an important link between management and employee representatives.<\/p>\n<p>Expert in the interactions, relationships, and environment between employers and employees, as well as local labor law.
