{"id":24134,"date":"2026-10-20T13:50:34","date_gmt":"2026-10-20T11:50:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=24134"},"modified":"2026-10-20T13:50:34","modified_gmt":"2026-10-20T11:50:34","slug":"ge-vernova-lead-steam-turbines-technical-field-advisor-polska","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/ge-vernova-lead-steam-turbines-technical-field-advisor-polska\/","title":{"rendered":"Lead Steam Turbines Technical Field Advisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span class=\"emphasis-3\">Job Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage, coordinate, and perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Steam Turbine systems.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair equipment; provide technical guidance to customers and ensure successful aftermarket upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Site Supervision: Oversee third-party critical tasks, perform installation walk-downs, and ensure contractor compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Quality &amp; Safety: Enforce GE safety standards and drive customer satisfaction through high-quality work and technical sign-offs.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Management: Maintain timely documentation, including technical reports, job status updates, expense reports, and material logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership &amp; Development: Coach and mentor team members to share product and field engineering knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Operational Flexibility: Support project requirements through extensive travel, overtime, and work on weekends\/holidays as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational Alignment: Support core values and vision through proactive task management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical\/University degree or qualifying experience OR a High School Diploma \/ GED with experience in a Field Services role or equivalent qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a field services or power generation equipment maintenance position<\/li>\n<li>SEP certificate for group 2 &#8211; operations.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of Steam Turbine Operation and Controlling Parameters.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical competence in basing steam turbines and auxiliaries services operations like: alignment, balancing, assessment, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license.<\/li>\n<li>English proficiency required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel in Poland and internationally (80%+).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directly employment with GE Vernova, an international company holding a strong position in the global energy market.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive opportunities for personal and professional development in an innovative, future oriented environment.<\/li>\n<li>An open and supportive corporate culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.<\/li>\n<li>An attractive compensation package, including private medical care, life insurance, a MultiSport card, and an annual performance bonus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Duties &amp; Responsibilities Manage, coordinate, and perform on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of Steam Turbine systems.
