{"id":24299,"date":"2026-10-28T09:04:15","date_gmt":"2026-10-28T08:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=24299"},"modified":"2026-10-28T09:04:15","modified_gmt":"2026-10-28T08:04:15","slug":"egis-group-planning-and-controls-manager-dublin-irlandia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/egis-group-planning-and-controls-manager-dublin-irlandia\/","title":{"rendered":"Planning and Controls Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our growing team as a <strong>Planning Manager<\/strong> at Egis.\u00a0\u00a0The Planner is responsible for carrying out planning management duties across a range of Egis projects in Ireland in our transportation team.<\/p>\n<p>The role will be responsible for leading the planning function, developing and maintaining robust control of project programme. This includes providing active support to the project and programme team in all planning and reporting activities. This role would suit a collaborative individual with great leadership and communication skills who enjoys multi-tasking, loves a busy working environment and thrives under pressure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support the planning team ensuring everyone is working in a positive environment, requirements are clear and goals are achievable.<\/li>\n<li>Assess the Planning team needs and upskill when required to ensure effective delivery and optimum performance.<\/li>\n<li>Understand clarify and implement the requirements of the Subcontract Works Information related to project controls. Demonstrate compliance to the standards by providing evidence during audits and protecting against breaches.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the development, update and maintenance of the programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a positive relationship with the client\u2019s planning team to ensure programme aligned to the contract and is accepted at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the programme interface with other work packages by identifying key milestones and align with access dates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the programme comments raised by the client are reviewed, actions are validated and resubmission is made after closing out the comments.<\/li>\n<li>Support the commercial team in developing CE quotations by providing programmes and support the Bottom up Forecasts by providing labour and expenditure profiles.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure key compensation events, Contractor Instructions and Early Warnings are modelled in the programme promptly by maintaining daily check-ins on CEMAR.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the programme communications, ensure any critical changes are promptly relayed to internal stakeholders and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the programme aligns with the project leadership\u2019s defined goals, including delivery approach and Compensation Events strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure any movement in Planned Completion and \/ or Key Dates Planned Completion is well documented and the underlying reasons for the variance are substantiated.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure appropriate Time Risk Allowance (TRA) is allocated to the critical activities and maintain transparency in reporting and ownership of TRA.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for integrating Commercial and Planning for aspects related to Earned Value Analysis (EVA), including:\n<ul>\n<li>Spend profile,<\/li>\n<li>Earned Value<\/li>\n<li>Planned Value<\/li>\n<li>Schedule Performance Index (SPI)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for tracking quantities of materials and reporting planned, actuals and forecast.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Construction team on a daily basis to ensure robust project reporting is in place; integrate daily shift reports into the programme to ensure efficient delivery and realistic timescales.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Procurement team to ensure the Tender Event Schedule (TES) is synced with the latest programme.
