Operational throughout the UK and across continental Europe, we are seeking to expand our team on a variety of nuclear projects, which range in technologies and that find themselves at different stages of their development. To do this, we are seeking to continuously employ talented individuals to join our diverse team that are excited about nuclear projects and are committed to Net Zero, and Energy Security.<\/p>\n<p>In both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Responsible for leading and improving the Request for Information (RFI) and Field Change Request (FCR) processes, ensuring effective governance, KPI performance, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation within business systems and tools.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and continuously improve RFI and FCR processes, procedures, metrics, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Define, monitor, and drive performance against agreed KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Produce regular management reports and present process performance to senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Chair governance and accountability meetings, maintaining action plans and driving improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IMS standards.<\/li>\n<li>Translate process requirements into tool specifications and work with system teams to deliver effective solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support testing, deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimisation of RFI and FCR tooling.<\/li>\n<li>Drive stakeholder engagement and accountability to ensure process compliance and performance improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in process management, KPI reporting, and performance improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent data analysis, reporting, and system\/tool proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive actions across multiple teams.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, governance, and meeting facilitation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with configuration management, RFIs, FCRs, design change, or open point processes is advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Nuclear, major infrastructure, or HPC project experience desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Technical or engineering background beneficial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Culture<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
