Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working Pattern: Standard working or Rotation<\/p>\n

Project Value: Various<\/p>\n

Duration: 12-months<\/p>\n

Based Sweden, you will be reporting to the Project Managers, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning activities and progress reporting of the electrical works for a large-scale Data centre project. The successful candidate will be required to support the Site Lead planner all aspects of planning and reporting including work sequencing, activity durations, programme logic and will be required to produce periodic progress reports including percentage complete, S\/E ratios and KPI\u2019s.<\/p>\n

\n

Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Support PMT and Lead planner in development and execution of project programmes<\/li>\n
  • Support in producing forensic planning and delay claim analysis documents.<\/li>\n
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems<\/li>\n
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience (preferably including M&E contracting<\/li>\n
  • experience)<\/li>\n
  • Experience in Primavera P6 software required (min 5years)<\/li>\n
  • Ability to interrogate & challenge where necessary Main Contractor \/ General<\/li>\n
  • Contractor programmes<\/li>\n
  • Able to support multiple projects at one time.<\/li>\n
  • Able to Read and understand M&E drawings.<\/li>\n
  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate to Expert level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Supporting the Lead planner with the planning role in development of detailed EPC construction schedules for baseline agreement with client and post baseline impacted schedules as required.<\/li>\n
    • Complete schedule health checks prior to baselining for accuracy, integrity and critical<\/li>\n
    • path validation<\/li>\n
    • Resource loading schedules, produce and track KPI\u2019s<\/li>\n
    • Ensuring accuracy and timely updating of construction schedule<\/li>\n
    • Track planned versus actual EV progress<\/li>\n
    • Working with team members to ensure system in place to capture and log any issues<\/li>\n
    • via the appropriate change control mechanisms<\/li>\n
    • Attending site meetings as required (internal and client based)<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring original versus actual budgets for scope growth\/changes<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring & updating inhouse database project control system<\/li>\n
    • Monitoring fabrication workshop production and site installation progress<\/li>\n
    • Productivity tracking of craft labour Spent vs Earned hours<\/li>\n
    • Ensure planning owned deliverables in the production of weekly \/monthly construction<\/li>\n
    • reports are completed on-time<\/li>\n
    • Producing weekly, monthly and periodic reports for internal and external purposes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
