Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n

Intermediate level Process \/ Mechanical Piping Project Engineer on a large scale pharmaceutical project in Denmark as part of a large engineering and management team. Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer, this role includes provision of engineering support to construction management and supervision teams, and reporting on the performance and progress of these teams.<\/p>\n

\n

Responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identifying and sourcing appropriate materials, equipment, and components required for project implementation.<\/li>\n
  • Evaluating vendor proposals and technical submittals and managing the procurement process to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Overseeing the construction and installation phases of process and mechanical systems with the construction team and providing technical guidance.<\/li>\n
  • Conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.<\/li>\n
  • Addressing any technical challenges or issues that may arise during the construction phase and implementing effective solutions promptly.<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project close-out documents.<\/li>\n
  • Preparing comprehensive technical reports for clients and management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    \n

    Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical \/ Building Services Engineering)<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 3-years’ experience in a similar role in a contracting environment<\/li>\n
    • Fluency in English essential<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of Navisworks 3D model navigation and isometric drawings essential<\/li>\n
    • Good Microsoft Excel skills a distinct advantage<\/li>\n
    • Excellent technical knowledge of hygienic piping \u2013 weld and material traceability, sloping and handover an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Experience of collating and submission of handover documentation an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a cross-functional team and you will have<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
