Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a client facing role with overall responsibility for several live projects and securing future turnover.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting to the Operations Director and Division Director.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of project planning, construction sequencing and critical path.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.<\/li>\n<li>Review tender submissions, valuation preparation and reporting on same.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and developing relationships with Client.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant 3rd Level Qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 15years experience in a similar role, managing large teams.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in Client-facing role an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working on European Projects an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial &amp; contract knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Client and multiple stakeholder management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT Skills essential;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.<\/li>\n<li>Confident in presenting to large groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Benefits\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
