The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for sourcing and management of a defined portfolio of manufacturer and projects based on Seaonics strategy. In project execution, the Sourcing manager will be the operations lead in projects, managing and securing on-time delivery from all disciplines within the Operations team.<\/p>\n

\n

Duties<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manage fabrication within budget and timeline<\/li>\n
  • Manage operations production plan and Lead operations core-team in project<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for contract-and price negotiation for defined manufacturer<\/li>\n
  • Build relationships with key manufacturer and secure focus on continuous improvement<\/li>\n
  • Drive sustainability agenda and actions in the manufacturing base<\/li>\n
  • Sourcing and qualification of manufacturer based on need<\/li>\n
  • Contribution to managing capacity and prioritizing<\/li>\n
  • Contribute into the development by providing input and knowledge of production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level<\/li>\n
    • Relevant experience within Sourcing, Production and Supplier Management<\/li>\n
    • Industry knowledge is beneficial<\/li>\n
    • Contracting and negotiation experience<\/li>\n
    • Experience with project management and planning<\/li>\n
    • Driving license cat. B<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
