Reporting to the Operations Director, this is a GC facing role with overall responsibility for all quality related works (QAQC and project level 1 &amp; 2 commissioning works. The project manager will oversee the Project Team and will be expected to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic and\/or trades qualifications in mechanical discipline<\/li>\n<li>10 years Mechanical\u202fQAQC\u202fexperience in Industrial-type projects with minimum 5 years&#8217; experience in a lead role<\/li>\n<li>Role will be General Contractor facing so good communication skills and presentation is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present specification requirements to the project team(s) and demonstrate compliance is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Industrial and process project experience preferable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of piping and HVAC systems required<\/li>\n<li>Role will comprise of coordinating\u202fQAQC\u202fwalkdowns related to quality control of completed systems and commissioning tagging walks, confirm all inspection and documentation associated with Equipment; HVAC ducting systems; Plumbing &amp; drainage systems; Coordination of preparation of test packs; witnessing of pressure testing; Weekly reporting on\u202fQAQC\u202fperformance; troubleshooting; managing walkdown schedules.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate will be required to work closely with the Project Manager and construction team to ensure quality standards are achieved with minimal snags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Benefits\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
