We are looking for a Protection and Control (P&C) Engineer for our client, who will be responsible for both commissioning and analysis and design of protection and control systems for an onshore high voltage substation (HV GIS).<\/p>\n
The role includes testing and implementing P&C systems in the final phase of the project, as well as preparing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and working closely with engineering teams. \nConfiguration and verification of protection systems and their integration with control systems
\nReviewing project designs and verifying technical documentation for compliance with standards and client requirements
\nCollaborating with technology suppliers (GE, Siemens, Schneider, ABB) and project teams regarding protection and control systems
\nIdentifying and resolving technical issues during the commissioning phase and preparing reports
\nOrganizing and conducting factory and site acceptance tests (FAT, SAT) and maintaining ongoing communication with the client<\/p>\n
\n
\nKnowledge of HV GIS systems and protection solutions from GE, Siemens, Schneider, or ABB
\nExperience in testing, configuring, and commissioning protection systems
\nAbility to analyze technical documentation and collaborate with engineering teams
\nKnowledge of safety regulations and standards in the power sector
\nFluent in both English and Polish
\nWillingness to work on-site and in an intensive commissioning schedule<\/p>\n
\n
\nWork schedule: Monday \u2013 Friday, occasional Saturdays
