We cover the entire project life-cycle: license engineering services \/ proprietary equipment, high-end engineering &amp; design capabilities, project management &amp; execution services. In addition we also offer efficient customer services through our worldwide set-up. The position reports to the Head of Planning Europe, and is based in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare a proposal time schedule following the specifications of the invitation to bid,<\/li>\n<li>Calculate man-hours to fulfill all necessary planning &amp; scheduling deliverables during the execution phase,<\/li>\n<li>Develop the detailed project execution schedules,<\/li>\n<li>Provide project schedule baseline setup based on the work-breakdown structure (WBS), the project scope and work split,<\/li>\n<li>Secure synchronization and reasonable timing of the different deliverables through all project phases,<\/li>\n<li>Set up of progress measurement strategy for all project relevant phases,<\/li>\n<li>Develop S-curves based on estimating and\/or cost controlling input,<\/li>\n<li>Provide resource planning and peak workload analysis\/mitigation,<\/li>\n<li>Provide sufficient team buy-in during the baseline schedule set-up and the mandatory freezing sessions,<\/li>\n<li>Execute feasibility studies derived from the contract, the frame schedule and project execution strategy,<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and coordinates the schedule execution,<\/li>\n<li>Share the project status with the different team members through individual, project or progress review sessions,<\/li>\n<li>Elaborate proactively necessary mitigations with the key contributors in case of possible slippage,<\/li>\n<li>Control the performance,<\/li>\n<li>Update schedule and progress through the whole project execution time based on pre-defined sequences,<\/li>\n<li>Calculate schedule variance key performance indicators (KPI`s),<\/li>\n<li>Provide customer milestones\/input tracking,<\/li>\n<li>Implement schedule risk analysis, if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Are you a MATCH? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scheduler in Engineering, preferably in EPC industry,<\/li>\n<li>Experience in planning &amp; scheduling tools and methods, progress measurement and critical path identification\/analysis,<\/li>\n<li>Basic technical understanding,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of proposal and project execution processes,<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in construction and subcontract planning &amp; scheduling,<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with project control matters,<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with contract form and contract management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interesting, challenging position in an international company.<\/li>\n<li>Work in a multicultural team.<\/li>\n<li>Training and opportunities to develop.<\/li>\n<li>Attractive compensation and benefits package including private medical care, Multisport card and life insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to purchase company shares on preferential terms.<\/li>\n<li>International exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid work model (2 days in the office).<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable office location and modern office space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Our Differences make our Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
