Ensure that there is a weekly minuted meeting with sub-contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all Sub-contractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings<\/li>\n<li>Close out of all project items including Final Account, O &amp; M Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, Material and Plant re-locations, Project Plan \u2013 all with the Support of your Project team<\/li>\n<li>Issue Daily Report to the Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Issue weekly safety stats &amp; project labour projections.<\/li>\n<li>Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are being captured and costs issued to the client.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement company procedures with the project managers<\/li>\n<li>Ensure change management is handled correctly (Cost &amp; Programme).<\/li>\n<li>Review drawings and setting out details<\/li>\n<li>Produce builders works drawings for services<\/li>\n<li>Carry out distribute &amp; close out CSA snags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00a0minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience as a Construction Manager<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of design and construction process<\/li>\n<li>Ability to control and manage people and programs<\/li>\n<li>A trade background or a third level qualification<\/li>\n<li>Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Benefits\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
