As a technology partner, customers benefit from our research and development to achieve energy transition goals.<\/p>\n<p>Air Liquide\u2019s ambition is to be a leader in its industry, deliver long term performance and contribute to sustainability &#8211; with a strong commitment to climate change and energy transition at the heart of its strategy.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Working as an Electrical Lead Engineer, you will contribute to Air Liquide&#8217;s new Electrolysis technology market, and will be in\u00a0 charge of designing the HV stations and HV Electrical Systems of our EPC Electrolyzers projects in Europe. You will also contribute to key O&amp;G projects led by E&amp;C Europe around the world in technologies such as: Air Separation Units, MegaMethanols Units, Carbon Capture Plants or Green Fuels Units etc.<\/p>\n<p>The role is based in Krak\u00f3w, Poland, and reports to the Head of Electrical for E&amp;C Europe, also based in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design of Electrical System for petrochemical and refinery industry with respect to the High Voltage scope;<\/li>\n<li>Clarification on the interfaces with the Electrical Grid Operator on the grid characteristics and expected performances at the battery limit;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, managing, monitoring, reviewing and approving the discipline\u2019s work regarding appropriate quality, project specifications and contractual requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of project documentation for HV including project specifications,\u00a0 one line diagrams, protection and control schematic diagrams, terminal connection diagrams, substation layouts; Definition of the control and protection philosophy of HV substations;<\/li>\n<li>Execution of electrical calculations including grid connection and harmonic studies;<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates of Package Units, interfaces to other discipline, client and vendors;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of inquiry packages for HV electrical equipment following contractual and project specification requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Participation in Factory Acceptance Tests for electrical equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Verification of project and vendor documentation with respect to its completeness and accordance with standards, branch regulations and contract requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Are you a MATCH? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a08+ years experience in a plant engineering company as an Electrical Engineer in the HV area;<\/li>\n<li>A must: Experience in specification and design of the High Voltage substation equipment (50kV and above), CBs, VTs, CTs, LAs, line &amp; earth disconnectors switches, HV cables including HV\/MV Power Transformers AIS and GIS switchgear units;<\/li>\n<li>A must: Experience in the design and specification of control and protection systems of HV substations (BCU, RTU, protections functions, metering devices, energy meters,&#8230;);<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with international standards (IEC, IEEE, \u2026) mainly with those related to HV and MV substations;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in definition of manual \/ electrical interlock systems and earth system;<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with civil work engineering related to HV substations, mainly, oil pit, gantries and clearances between HV equipment and CW buildings;<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in calculations and analysis of calculation notes related to:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li>Short circuit;<\/li>\n<li>Load flow;<\/li>\n<li>Harmonics;<\/li>\n<li>CT &amp; VT calculation notes;<\/li>\n<li>Protection coordination;<\/li>\n<li>Earth network;<\/li>\n<li>Motor acceleration studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication and coordination with other disciplines regarding his scope of work and considering the \u201cwork flow\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently on the preparation of proposals and execution of projects for Electrical for domestic and international projects;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in coordination of vendors, suppliers, manufacturers; also in coordination of interfaces with client\u2019s technical discipline specialists;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent\u00a0 English;<\/li>\n<li>ETAP software or other power system analysis software knowledge would be beneficial;<\/li>\n<li>Computer skills, knowledge of applications such as MS Office, ACAD;<\/li>\n<li>Eager to work in a multicultural team, willing to travel short term to other engineering centers and construction sites worldwide;<\/li>\n<li>High interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interesting, challenging position in an international company;<\/li>\n<li>Work in a multicultural team;<\/li>\n<li>Training and opportunities to develop;<\/li>\n<li>Attractive compensation and benefits package including private medical care, Multisport card and life insurance;<\/li>\n<li>Possibility to purchase company shares on preferential terms;<\/li>\n<li>International exposure;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hybrid work model (with 2 days of work from the office per week);<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Comfortable office location and modern office space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Our Differences make our Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p>At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.<\/p>\n<p>We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
