As a CSA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and delivery of diverse mechanical engineering projects. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the continued growth and reputation of our company as a world-class engineering contractor.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review and revise (as required) the establishment and implementation of the Site QC program with subcontractors and monitor their conformance<\/li>\n<li>Inspect new works performed in the CSA scope of work<\/li>\n<li>Attend Quality Control (or quality control portion of weekly CSA constructing) meeting with the construction team during the life cycle of the project<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate required test, inspections and demonstrations with client or any other authority having jurisdiction<\/li>\n<li>Inspect purchased and equipment arriving at the site to ensure conformance with the requirements of the Contract\/Specification or Purchase Order<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the repair or reconstruction of rejected work and document corrective action and preventing action<\/li>\n<li>Assist sub-contractors in the development of repair procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with 3rd party inspection to ensure that all required testing has been performed and that acceptable results have been achieved<\/li>\n<li>Advise field staff of quality and deficiencies detected during \u201cin-progress\u201d inspection and assists and advises on any requirements and remedial actions<\/li>\n<li>\u201cTrack and chase\u201d to closure open defects in line with the project schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility of Site Work Documentation of Conformance and Inspections for the entire project\u2019s period<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the companies \u201cturn over team\u201d that the O&amp;M manual etc. is always in line with the requirement, as specified in Contract<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the completion of Kommune required inspections\/walkdowns related documentation with assigned certifier, design teams and subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Review and coordinate all material test reports in conjunction with Structural Engineer and Site Engineer, ensuring all non-conformances are identified and closed out to the satisfaction of the Structural Engineer and Contracts Manager in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to liaise with others and work well as part of a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant third level engineering qualification essential<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar role required<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and other relevant engineering technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the Contract Scope of Work, Drawings, Specifications and Codes and Standards required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards in mechanical engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant 3rd Level degree in Civil, Structural or Industrial Engineering required.<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in designing steel structure elements<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of AutoCAD \/ Plant3D \/ Advance Steel<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Robot Structural Analysis or similar Structural Engineering Software knowledge is required.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is essential in order to work efficiently in a team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Benefits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
