Job Description\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a Document Controller you will play a pivotal role in our project development and delivery process. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of construction and support functions to help deliver projects to global clients.<\/p>\n

\n

Your responsibilities will include:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Data entry and maintenance of internal databases.<\/li>\n
  • Point of contact for setting up new users on site.<\/li>\n
  • Team administrator for any document control platforms used.<\/li>\n
  • Invoice management and liaising with accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations<\/li>\n
  • Management of internal databases including full reporting capabilities, data manipulation and analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees.<\/li>\n
  • Issuing documentation and management of same.<\/li>\n
  • Organising training courses internally and externally.<\/li>\n
  • Liaising with various departments and construction teams on a daily basis.<\/li>\n
  • General administration including filing, drafting letters, assisting with tender returns, building organisational charts.<\/li>\n
  • Reporting to the Divisional Manager for any other duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills and Requirements\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Leaving Certificate.<\/li>\n
    • 3+ years in a similar position desirable.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent IT skills essential (proficient with Excel formulae, Vlookup, tracking, linking, importing sheets for search functions Google Drive & Google Sheets, One Drive, organograms)<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of document control platforms (Asite\/Aconex)<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work well within a team environment and on own initiative.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of the construction industry would be advantageous.<\/li>\n
    • Training for in-house systems will be provided to the successful candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
