Then we build it.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a\u00a0<strong>Senior Engineer Maintenance and Reliability \u2013 Offshore Wind<\/strong>\u00a0to join our team in Haugesund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the position<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Due to increasing activity within renewable energy and offshore wind, Aibel is strengthening its Offshore Wind department in Haugesund. We are looking for a skilled and experienced engineer within maintenance and reliability who can contribute to Aibel\u2019s exciting future within Field Development and Offshore Wind (FD&amp;OW).<\/p>\n<p>You will be working in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to studies, tenders, FEED, and detail engineering phases of major offshore wind projects \u2013 including high voltage substations (HVDC and HVAC), offshore wind farms, and electrification scopes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities and tasks include<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish philosophies for Maintenance, Reliability, Spare Parts, and Operations<\/li>\n<li>Perform Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM) analyses, including Tag Hierarchy, Consequence Classification, and Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)<\/li>\n<li>Perform Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analyses<\/li>\n<li>Estimate preventive maintenance efforts and develop optimal maintenance programs<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other disciplines to integrate RAM\/RCM principles into design<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations for Condition Monitoring based on RAM\/FMECA<\/li>\n<li>Assess and evaluate spare parts requirements and SPIR lists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master\u2019s or bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant engineering discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within maintenance and operations<\/li>\n<li>Experience with RAM, RCM, and FMECA methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and spare parts management<\/li>\n<li>Experience from offshore wind, oil and gas or similar complex industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts clearly<\/li>\n<li>Cooperative mindset and openness to a multicultural work environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and in cross-disciplinary teams<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of project execution and engineering interfaces<\/li>\n<li>Committed to quality and meeting deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, curious, and eager to share knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in written and oral English; knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Become our colleague<\/strong><br \/>\nAibel offers many career opportunities.
