We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our Aberdeen office on a staff or contract basis.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the world\u2019s largest current and upcoming Offshore Windfarm projects. Reporting operationally to the Project Engineering Manager \/ Lead Engineer you will be supporting engineering scopes across large scale Foundations, Cables and EPCI projects and tenders.<\/p>\n

What will you be doing?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  • Take responsibility for project documentation & deliverables, liaising with subcontractors and internal specialists to deliver within contract schedule.<\/li>\n
  • Support interfaces & technical queries both externally and internally.<\/li>\n
  • Support subcontractors to ensure design and fabrication takes place in compliance with both internal and external standards.<\/li>\n
  • Ongoing review and monitoring of risks and opportunities to ensure these are identified, recorded, and suitably addressed.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to internal meetings, client and subcontractor meetings, yard visits, mobilisations, and offshore works as required.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate best practice and lessons learned to other projects and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • BEng \/ BSc or Meng \/ MSc in Civil \/ Mechanical \/ Offshore Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent.<\/li>\n
    • Background in leading engineering packages in offshore wind or similar industries such as offshore oil and gas.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to prioritise own and others\u2019 workload, managing both time and change control effectively.<\/li>\n
    • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development and a desire to develop and mentor junior engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
