{"id":4909,"date":"2025-05-17T00:29:00","date_gmt":"2025-04-26T15:34:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=4909"},"modified":"2025-05-19T10:12:09","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T08:12:09","slug":"arabelle-solutions-project-engineering-manager-poland","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=4909","title":{"rendered":"Project Engineering Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"intuitionpositiondescription\">\n<div class=\"intuitiondescription\">\n<p>We are currently seeking a <strong>Overall Project Engineer (OPEM)<\/strong> to join our growing team in Poland.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This role initially will be based in Belfort, France however it will then relocate to Poland.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The OPEM has the Leadership, Quality, Technical, Schedule and Cost roles\/responsibilities for the engineering scope of supply and\/or services assigned to him\/her from the Project take-over till close-out hand-over, ensuring compliance with corporate, sector and business directives and EHS standards.<\/p>\n<p>The Overall Project Engineer has the Engineering lead of the project, as such she \/ he<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is the Engineering point of contact for Customer, Project Director, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality,<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates Engineering project resources<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible together with the Compliance Team for Contractual Engineering compliance<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible to involve the right competences to solve issues on a project (Principal Engineer\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>is ensuring that Nuclear Safety Items and Activities are identified, and that Engineering ITNS-A complies with project specific rules<\/li>\n<li>Develops, monitors, and coordinates engineering project schedules with project scheduler, with support of disciplines managers<\/li>\n<li>Controls the Engineering progress for his\/her scope of work<\/li>\n<li>Is accountable for contractual requirements compliance and the approval cycle of contractual Engineering documentation<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for the Engineering \u201cOn-Time Delivery\u201d (OTD)<\/li>\n<li>Owns Engineering project Budget \/ Cost management with project cost controller (and disciplines managers support)<\/li>\n<li>Is the link with construction team to provide technical support during Execution phase up to Installation \/ Commissioning phases on Services projects<\/li>\n<li>Owns Engineering report out to Project Director and Engineering Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible to establish specific Engineering project procedures<\/li>\n<li>Is responsible for Engineering gates review and Design reviews on time completion and Action Items closure.<\/li>\n<li>Is ensuring Risk management tracking and escalation as needed<\/li>\n<li>Feedback into Lesson Learn tool for continuous improvement to be captured<\/li>\n<li>Identify, promote, participate in and lead process and improvement projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"intuitionprofiledescription\">\n<div class=\"intuitiondescription\">\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master degree in an Engineering discipline or extensive experience in the field of Engineering coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable professional experience in Project Engineering or Power Plant Engineering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Characteristics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>is rigorous, proactive, and autonomous<\/li>\n<li>is goal and results oriented<\/li>\n<li>is processes oriented<\/li>\n<li>has good human relationships and a team spirit<\/li>\n<li>is open to work in a worldwide company with different culture and people<\/li>\n<li>Transverse Management: Able to onboard multi disciplines and skills to meet projects targets<\/li>\n<li>Experience in technical project management<\/li>\n<li>Has knowledge in the field of Power Plants, Rotating Equipment and Controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specifics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position requires travels abroad to interface with Client, suppliers, site\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is mandatory both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Verbal and written French would be beneficial as well a Polish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently seeking a Overall Project Engineer (OPEM) to join our growing team in Poland.
