data-end=\"65\">Offshore\u202fClient\u202fRepresentative\u202f(OCR)<\/strong> for geotechnical surveys on an offshore\u2011wind project, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Supervise offshore geotechnical campaigns that may deploy CPTU, SCPTU, VC\u202f(vibro\u2011corer) and borehole systems, or other comparable tools.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Review the contractor\u2019s RAMS and the Survey Scope of Work (SOW), attend the kick\u2011off meeting, and act as the COMPANY\u2019s on\u2011board representative from mobilisation to demobilisation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Maintain daily communication with the Package\u202fManager and submit detailed Daily\u202fProgress\u202fReports (DPRs) covering operations, QA\/QC, HSE, sampling status and weather conditions.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Verify the configuration, calibration and performance of all geotechnical equipment; witness every test, trial and inspection.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Ensure samples are collected, handled and preserved in full compliance with COMPANY requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Monitor data\u2011acquisition and onboard processing in real time, confirming parameter choice and the completeness and accuracy of all deliverables.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Advise the contractor and Package\u202fManager on performance and contractual compliance, and liaise with vessel management to relay COMPANY priorities.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Promote high HSE standards, participate in toolbox and SIMOPS meetings, and serve as the immediate point of contact for FLO\/MMO personnel when concerns arise.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Track current and forecast weather, coordinate weather\u2011related standby decisions with the contractor, and log all downtime.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Check that all certificates, audits and drills are up to date, and that field reports accurately reflect the work executed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"133\" data-end=\"271\">Contribute proactively to team goals, sharing ideas and respecting the views of others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1686\" \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1711\"><strong data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1711\">Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1799\"><strong data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1735\">Minimum\u202f10\u202fyears<\/strong> total in the offshore construction, geology or survey sector.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1799\"><strong data-start=\"1802\" data-end=\"1822\">At least\u202f3\u202fyears<\/strong> with a contractor performing offshore geotechnical surveys.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1799\"><strong data-start=\"1887\" data-end=\"1907\">At least\u202f3\u202fyears<\/strong> specifically as an OCR on offshore geotechnical campaigns; experience in Poland is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2012\" \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2055\"><strong data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2055\">Required Knowledge and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">Advanced written and spoken <strong data-start=\"2087\" data-end=\"2098\">English<\/strong> (mandatory); knowledge of <strong data-start=\"2125\" data-end=\"2135\">Polish<\/strong> is an additional advantage.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">Thorough understanding of offshore geotechnical survey techniques and deliverable formats (e.g.\u202fASCII, AGS, GIS) and the associated QA\/QC processes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">Familiarity with international and Polish offshore safety legislation and regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">Proficiency with MS\u202fOffice and common geophysical \/ geotechnical QC software (e.g.\u202fQGIS, ArcMap, IHS\u202fKingdom, SeisSee), plus personal hardware and valid licences to perform onboard QC tasks.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">Valid STCW\u202fBasic\u202fSafety, BOSIET or GWO\u202fSea\u202fSurvival certificates, and an up\u2011to\u2011date offshore medical (OGUK or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">Ability to travel at short notice and remain offshore for extended periods.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2165\">A proactive, safety\u2011first attitude and the confidence to intervene respectfully and cooperatively whenever
