data-end=\"101\">Offshore\u202fClient\u202fRepresentative\u202f(OCR) \u2013 Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)<\/strong> for UXO identification and clearance, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Oversee the entire UXO campaign, acting as the COMPANY\u2019s on\u2011board representative from mobilisation through demobilisation.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Review the Contractor\u2019s RAMS and the Scope of Work (SOW), attend the kick\u2011off meeting, and advise the Package\u202fManager on operational readiness.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Approve all tests and calibrations of the spread during mobilisation and any additional tests required during the project; validate surrogate\u2011item trial methods, data and results, and give final authorisation for production work to commence.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Supervise identification\u2014and, where required, disposal\u2014operations: maintain daily oversight, keep auditable records, liaise with the Offshore Superintendent and COMPANY onshore, and supply continuous status updates to ensure compliance with COMPANY instructions and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Review acquired and processed data to confirm target identification and agree any disposal actions; where auditable data are not available (e.g., debris fields or magnetically contaminated areas), provide independent QA of the UXO risk\u2011management process.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Act on behalf of the COMPANY for all UXO\u2011related matters, including sign\u2011off of search results and final deliverables for Marine Warranty Surveyors and insurers.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">When a contact is located, compare findings with geophysical data to verify that the source item has been found; if no UXO is located, confirm that reasonable measures justify abandoning the search and sign\u2011off the position.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">For positively identified UXO, determine the ammunition type (land, ASW, aerial, etc.), origin, main charge type\/weight, fuzing system, armed state, and any internal or external hazards, and report these to the COMPANY.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Submit detailed Daily\u202fProgress\u202fReports (DPRs) covering activities, QA\/QC results, HSE status and regulatory compliance; maintain daily communication with the Package\u202fManager.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"153\" data-end=\"277\">Promote high HSE standards, participate in toolbox and SIMOPS meetings, and intervene proactively when risks arise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2146\" data-end=\"2149\" \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2174\"><strong data-start=\"2151\" data-end=\"2174\">Required Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2264\"><strong data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2223\">Military EOD qualifications 0801 and\u202f0808<\/strong> (a level above IMAS\u202f3), or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2264\">Demonstrable track record as an offshore EOD\/UXO specialist, including supervision of identification and clearance campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"\" data-start=\"2396\" data-end=\"2399\" \/>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2442\"><strong data-start=\"2401\" data-end=\"2442\">Required Knowledge and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">Comprehensive understanding of offshore UXO and EOD risk\u2014particularly in Baltic\u2011Sea conditions (BC\u202fWind site).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">Familiarity with international and Polish offshore safety legislation and regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">Proficiency with MS\u202fOffice and common EOD\/UXO deliverable formats (e.g., ASCII, AGS, GIS).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">Advanced written and spoken <strong data-start=\"2775\" data-end=\"2786\">English<\/strong> (mandatory); knowledge of <strong data-start=\"2813\" data-end=\"2823\">Polish<\/strong> is a distinct advantage.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">Valid BOSIET or GWO\u202fSea\u202fSurvival certificate and an up\u2011to\u2011date offshore medical (OGUK or equivalent).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">Ability to travel on short notice and remain offshore for extended periods.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2446\" data-end=\"2558\">A proactive, safety\u2011first mindset and the confidence to intervene assertively yet
