This role offers opportunity to drive the successful implementation of <strong>PPAs<\/strong> within the renewable energy sector.<\/p>\n<p>You will work at the intersection of legal, technical, and commercial operations,ensuring that governance, systems, and stakeholder alignment are in place for optimal value creation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all governance, systems, and processes needed for implementing PPA and managing off-taker relations are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarise yourself with Polish law impacting PPA.<\/li>\n<li>Provide input during PPA negotiations with off-takers.<\/li>\n<li>Challenge off-takers to ensure they have a set-up that maximises the PPA&#8217;s value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Major Tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the client has an organisational set-up that optimises the PPA&#8217;s value.<\/li>\n<li>Establish relevant procedures, processes, and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Align with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process implementation, from forecasting to payment.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a process for forecasting available MW and communicating this to off-takers.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, implement, and test relevant software for forecasting and communication before first power.<\/li>\n<li>Verify the correct value of payments from off-takers against delivered\/forecasted production.<\/li>\n<li>Train personnel on software, procedures, and processes before first power.<\/li>\n<li>Review and confirm the off-taker&#8217;s preparedness in terms of processes, resources, technical aspects, IT and cybersecurity, and legal aspects.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct dry runs with the off-taker before the start of power generation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Deliverables:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A fully functional set-up of the PPA process under the client&#8217;s Asset Management organisation from first power.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a similar role within the energy sector.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of PPA and related legal frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>English and Polish language knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in relevant software and forecasting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and process implementation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to train and familiarise teams with new systems and processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested?
