Context & Environment<\/strong><\/p>\n

Created in January 2017, TGP missions are \u201cOne single voice to supplier\u201d, leveraging the procurement on volumes and improving the services provided by HQ to affiliates in terms of procurement.<\/p>\n

The TGP\/PJE\/AP entity is ensuring the performance of the overall operational link between TGP and the projects and is key in the performance of TGP\/PJE.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Activities<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Lead of the contract and claim engineers team, he or she oversees the management of the following activities :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Coordination and development of the contract engineers team.<\/li>\n
  • Being the reference for Projects contract engineering and claim management.<\/li>\n
  • Support to projects for:\n
      \n
    • Contract Engineering,<\/li>\n
    • Contracts Administration,<\/li>\n
    • Prevention of claim and awareness,<\/li>\n
    • Projects reviews and cold eyes,<\/li>\n
    • Claim exposure management and counterclaim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Methods\/tools related to Contract engineering and Claims management:\n
        \n
      • Developing and implementing dedicated roadmaps,<\/li>\n
      • Defining and developing the method documents & tools,<\/li>\n
      • Controlling in coordination with JUR the templates,<\/li>\n
      • Defined innovation and improvements actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Coordination with key stakeholders\/interlocutors management as: TGP\/JUR, Categories, PJC, CLs, Business\u2026etc<\/li>\n
      • Coordination with Trainers for some training sessions dedicated to contract within Projects (as ICOP for instance).<\/li>\n
      • Contribute to AP tools, dashboards, reports\u2026Etc Propose improvements and simplification to enhance performance of the team.<\/li>\n
      • Consolidate \/ manage continuously ContractsREX\/Lessons Learnt. Ensuring that REX are used, shared and archived.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

        Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

        What we are looking for:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • You have 15 years of professional experience in contract and international project management, preferably in the energy sector.<\/li>\n
        • You have experience in claim management and counterclaim deployment.<\/li>\n
        • You possess expertise in contract understanding, including tendering, execution, and close-out phases.<\/li>\n
        • Very good understanding of civil and common law legal systems.<\/li>\n
        • You are fluent in English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
