{"id":5136,"date":"2025-08-15T00:31:43","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T22:30:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5136"},"modified":"2025-08-22T10:33:49","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T08:33:49","slug":"linxon-senior-projects-manager-vesteras-sweden","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5136","title":{"rendered":"Senior Projects Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced professional to lead our project delivery function.\u00a0 Our team delivers a wide range of lump-sum EPC projects in electrical transmission and distribution projects within the utilities and renewable energy sectors across Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to Nordics Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project management function to deliver a portfolio of projects from the proposal phase through project execution and closing.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate visible safety, environmental, and sustainability leadership, which will set the tone for all our project delivery teams.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with all customer safety management requirements, company systems, applicable laws, and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a culture of integrity and adherence to the highest ethical standards by creating appropriate awareness and understanding of Linxon\u2019s Code of Conduct at all levels of project delivery organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the project management teams from preparing clear and concise proposals through to completion and close out of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Be the primary point of contact for the customers regarding all aspects of project delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of the profit and loss of the projects in your portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Support project managers in meeting the objectives of individual projects.<\/li>\n<li>Perform regular visits of project construction sites.<\/li>\n<li>Develop robust, effective, and efficient project execution plans at the proposal preparation phase. Oversee the implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the resource plan for the portfolio. Build project teams through collaborations with other heads of functions and the recruitment team.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a positive team environment. Coach and mentor project management staff.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and encourage professional development of project management staff to increase project delivery capabilities, consistent with the highest inter national standards and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement of project management systems to enhance performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Linxon polices, standard operating procedures, and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Perform robust, effective, and efficient project reviews. Produce regular reports per company policies and standard operating procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in engineering or construction management from an accredited institution.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in delivering lump-sum EPC projects as Tier 1 contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong commercial awareness and understanding of the internationally recognised project management standards.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong risk awareness and risk management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At Linxon, we seek to hire individuals with diverse characteristics, backgrounds and perspectives.
