We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in\u00a07 different European countries<\/strong>, equating to over\u00a0430 MW of IT load in flight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a\u00a0CSA Package Manager<\/strong>\u00a0to join our team. This role will look after the roofing and cladding work packages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
    \n
  • Manage the co-ordination of the Civil and Structural work package. This particular role will look after the roofing and cladding package.<\/li>\n
  • Management of Site QA in conjunction with the project team.<\/li>\n
  • Management of Project Schedule in conjunction with Planner, Project Managers, Sub-Contractors and consulting Engineer\/Architects etc.<\/li>\n
  • Management of all day to day site operations<\/li>\n
  • Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels. Carrying out weekly meetings with sub-contractor.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all Sub-contractor documentation including safety documentation is maintained up to date and filed for future reference.<\/li>\n
  • Attendance at Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings and Handover Meetings<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with design team and project coordinator to ensure necessary information (as required by construction team) is prioritised (where necessary) and issued is issued in accordance with construction schedule.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to think methodically and possessing strong problem-solving skills to resolve design and development issues.<\/li>\n
  • Issue reports to the projects team<\/li>\n
  • Hold weekly commercial meetings with the commercial team to ensure all variations are been captured and costs issued to the client.<\/li>\n
  • Review drawings and setting out details<\/li>\n
  • Ensure builders works drawings for services is incorporated as required.<\/li>\n
  • Carry out distribute & close out CSA snags<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or similar essential<\/li>\n
    • At least 7 years of CSA industry experience.<\/li>\n
    • Strong background in managing roofing and\/or cladding packages is essential.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities<\/li>\n
    • Experience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in effectively managing teams is essential.<\/li>\n
