This position will be site-based in <strong>Helsinki, Finland.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Checking works carried out and ensure quality control in maintained throughout\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Work part of the Quality team to ensure finished works meet standards required, managing quality of the works set against approved benchmarks, actively coordinate\u00a0 with the QA managers\u00a0 to ensure the correct documentation is submitted in a timely manner by the contractors.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Liaise with sub-contractor\u2019s on tracking progress against schedule and Carry out sub-contractor meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Manage site documentation;RFI\u2019s, Tech subs, trackers, weeklyand monthly reports, weekly vendor meetings and all doemntatation associated with the scope you are managing<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Attend and actively participate in Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning, Co-ordination and lookahead meetings, as well as Handover Meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Review drawings with design team and effectively solve any issues.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Actively monitor and snag contractors works ensuring works is installed as per the approved drawings and spec ensuring the highest quality is achieved to ensure zero defects, snag list to be raised on the approved platform and issued to the contractors with follow up walks and close out reports to be issued in a timely manner as the approved QMS.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Management of sub-contractor activities including tracking progress against schedule and manpower levels, ensure contractors are protecting finished works, prevent damage at all times, raise observations as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Coordinate works ensuring all trades have adequate time, material and resources to complete their works on program.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Manage health and safety, housekeeping material storage, actively participating in issuing the daily SPA\u2019s and permits, ensure works is carried out in accordance with the approved MSRA\/ RAMS, participate in the daily DAB\u2019s and Whiteboard meetings ensuring contractors are aware of ongoing and upcoming works.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"styles--3vx-H\" aria-labelledby=\"job-requirements-title\" data-ui=\"job-requirements\">\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering or similar is essential<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Ability to work on own initiative<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">3+ years\u2019 experience working on large scale projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Experience in facades and fit-out projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Previous data centre experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: georgia, palatino, serif\">Winthrop Technologies are an equal opportunities employer<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Winthrop Technologies is a dedicated data centre delivery partner providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe.
