While you&#8217;ll be hired and supported by Dornan, you will be placed directly on Turner&#8217;s project team, working alongside top-tier professionals on some of the most advanced builds in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Current roles are primarily based in Madrid, with future opportunities expected further afield in Europe. Depending on your role, you may be site-based (with relocation support if needed), or offered remote working options, which will be clarified during the interview process.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your day to day will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide expertise regarding the overall project commissioning processes and deliver commissioned and operational M&amp;E Systems to clients<\/li>\n<li>Attending various meetings with clients, sub-contractors, project teams offering support and assistance on M&amp;E System&#8217;s delivery<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates with all other trades working on a job site to ensure smooth commissioning process<\/li>\n<li>Identifying test equipment that may be required<\/li>\n<li>Manage sub-contractor testing and commissioning, carry out witness testing with subcontractors and review documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance in writing and reviewing Commissioning and Testing RAMS.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts quality control inspections on project sites during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that contractor commissioning activities are properly co-ordinated.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.<\/li>\n<li>Analyses and quickly resolves any problems and may arise and ensures that all deficiencies on any given project are corrected in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining detailed and accurate commissioning site reports.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure applicable project team personnel have the required EHS training to carry out commissioning activities associated with the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Either mechanically or electrically qualified.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Cx practices.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience communicating on the projects progress to key stakeholders, such as the project director, client, architects, engineers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to priorities workload.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Dornan?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our commitment to our employees development\u00a0\u2013 we offer career progression pathways, always seeking opportunities to promote and upskill our people.<\/li>\n<li>Health &amp; Wellbeing \u2013 fostering health and wellbeing is paramount to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment.
