As we scale our business engineering team will be looking to deliver projects using innovative business models and utilizing existing, and developing new, digital solutions and design automation. As Discipline Engineer, you will be directly involved in the design of our current and future projects, contributing to bids, and developing broader technical solutions for the business. You\u2019ll be leading and be part of a strong group of engineers and supported by the wider pool of Worley resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\"> Your main responsibilities will be:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Taking part in development of design packages for projects from feasibility through detailed design stages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Providing technical assurance on project deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Making part engineering delivery teams based in multiple countries\/regions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Interfacing with other packages on multi-disciplinary projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Assisting\/leading working groups for developing new engineering delivery digital tools.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Working to develop and improve automation within our design processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Lead compliance with Quality and HSE standards and requirements throughout all project phases.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Experience and Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Strong track record and technical knowledge in complex multi-disciplinary projects, preferably in the industrial sector, power generation, conventional and alternative energy, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Strong understanding of contemporary design concepts and philosophy and knowledge of existing digital platforms and systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Deep understanding and working knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, and best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams, excellent communication skills, self-started and working independently on the assigned tasks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Bachelor degree and chartered status in respective Engineering discipline (or equivalent).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">8+ years of relevant experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Good level of English, especially technical.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">What we offer you<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Providing our people with an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.\u00a0 Our people enjoy competitive compensation packages and a fun, personal, collaborative and safe working environment.\u00a0 We value equal employment opportunity and are committed to promoting fairness, equality and diversity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">If you have the passion and talent to keep up, it&#8217;s time to test the limits of what you can become. \u00a0Find your future with Worley.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is a dynamic role that will require not only a firm technical understanding of the respective Engineering discipline, but also a willingness to work differently.
