You will also be responsible for contributing to and working on internal projects focused on the \u2018Worley Way\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on key responsibilities in an assignment under tight deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Draft written communication including reports, presentations and other project delivery documentation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Experience in the design and engineering of Power Plant systems and equipment is necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Management team and other stakeholders as required for the assignments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Perform data\/ risk\/ business\/ financial analysis and integrate large volumes of data from various sources to create deliverables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Participate and contribute to various meetings including with Customers and other project stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Produce plans and budgets relating to assignment management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Plan and manage some elements of an assignment \u2013 plan, time, cost, outcomes etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><strong><span style=\"font-style: inherit;\">Experience and Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Experience in the field of power generation Engineering &amp; Design, evaluation of bids, proposals, and tender submissions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Experience in Project Execution in the field of power generation using: gas to power, biomass fuels, renewables, coal, and co-generation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Experience in supporting the development of Power Projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Experience in Thermoflow\/ GateCycle modeling.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Demonstrated flexible and adaptable approach and ability to operate in different ways in different situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Strong research and organization skills and ability to work independently and think critically.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Confidence in dealing with senior people in organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">A proactive approach to project delivery and business development.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Collaborative team player and able to demonstrate research skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Master&#8217;s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and chartered status.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">8+ years of relevant experience<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English both verbally and in writing<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-style: inherit;
