{"id":5370,"date":"2025-07-03T00:29:23","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T08:57:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5370"},"modified":"2025-07-11T08:55:15","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T06:55:15","slug":"sweco-polska-document-controller-polska","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5370","title":{"rendered":"Document Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working on pharmaceutical projects by cooperating with the team based in Copenhagen;<\/li>\n<li>Preserving the integrity and accessibility of documentation;<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining order, accuracy, and security in handling project documents;<\/li>\n<li>Distribute relevant documents to the right personnel, departments, or external parties as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Encourage teamwork and communication, make sure that paperwork is shared properly;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with company standards and relevant industry regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in the position of Document Controlling;<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of how to manage cloud-based document storage and sharing (Microsoft SharePoint\/Cloud Storage Solutions e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive);<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ISO Standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or ISO 19650). Understanding of document management standards, especially for projects requiring compliance;<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Revit software regarding document lists, updating metadata, creating new documents\/drawings etc.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of databases, SQL, or Microsoft Access for more advanced document handling;<\/li>\n<li>Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with a dynamic workflow, busy days, continuous changes, and both long and short deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Private Medical Care &amp;
