Key Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the project<\/li>\n
  • Work with subcontractors to complete project within given timeframe<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate works between multiple contractors<\/li>\n
  • Be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures<\/li>\n
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals<\/li>\n
  • Set an example for H3SE objectives and work with site personnel to comply with requirements<\/li>\n
  • Monitor compliance with project procedures and execution strategies<\/li>\n
  • Evaluate weekly work plans and workload to optimate subcontractor work execution<\/li>\n
  • Review and comment on Subcontractor documentation<\/li>\n
  • Reports to General Superintendent and\/or Construction Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Essential Qualifications and Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred or sufficient experience of site execution<\/li>\n
    • Worked with international contractors on complex multi discipline construction projects<\/li>\n
    • Has a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Telecoms<\/li>\n
    • Has experience of execution and supervising works on a construction site for technical and supervision<\/li>\n
    • Experience of working with and\/or management of subcontractors<\/li>\n
    • Ensure operational plans are aligned with business objectives<\/li>\n
    • Develop relationships with key internal\/external customers to identify emerging needs<\/li>\n
    • Anticipate demands to align operational priorities<\/li>\n
    • Resolve complex problems that have implications beyond own area<\/li>\n
    • Influence customer and\/or organizational leadership to accomplish operational objectives.<\/li>\n
    • Knows how to read and interpret P&ID and other construction drawings.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in close loop calibration.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in calibrating Pressure, flow, differential and level transmitters, and other sensor element such as thermocouples, RTDs<\/li>\n
    • Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications<\/li>\n
    • Construction experience assigned to a construction site in a supervisory position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
