We are responsible for the areas of External Supplier Management, Resource Management, Business Support, Operations Support, FieldTraining and Technical &amp; Commercial Planning.\u00a0We are looking for a Lead Field Instructor in the Vestas Central region in Germany\u00a0 as soon as possible. You will report directly to the Team Leader, Training SOS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Determination of the need for training topics and content for the service region<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Responsible contact person for training topics in the region Implementation of technical training courses in service &#8211; throughout Germany<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Collaboration in the creation and further development of training concepts<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Completed technical training in a mechanical or electrical profession<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a service technician in wind power<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Good written and spoken English skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Confident handling of the MS Office product range and the Vestas software tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Driver License<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You have great communication skills &amp; a self-confident appearance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You have a distinctive health and safety awareness as well as an open mindset \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You have a hands-on approach and focused on continuous improvement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You are well structured and organized on a high level<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Most important &#8211; you need to be a Team player.
