Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and continuously improving service processes to fulfil customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cash Flow Improvement and Reporting<\/li>\n<li>Bad Debt Management: overdue\/bad debt management and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Cost Control: control over write offs in collaboration with Finance<\/li>\n<li>Support in cash management collection<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with Regional Customer Management: Partner closely with regional customer management teams to gather insights and continuously enhance the customer experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, cash management or data analytics<\/li>\n<li>Proficient analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools<\/li>\n<li>Highly developed communication skills and the ability to interact efficiently with different groups of stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization and utilize solid stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Proficient ability to work with various corporate units, including operations, finance, and performance management<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Resourcefulness: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and varied environment<\/li>\n<li>Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation Skills: Experience in building consensus and encouraging progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, motivated, and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
