This new department focuses on building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. By leveraging innovative strategies and a customer-centric approach, the team aims to optimize service delivery and cultivate long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions, resolving issues promptly, and continuously improving service processes to fulfil customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forecasting: Develop and analyze forecasts to support strategic business planning and informed decision-making<\/li>\n<li>Cost Control: Generate Liquidated Damages (LD) forecasts at the contract level and monitor LD payments against the forecast<\/li>\n<li>Electricity Price Analysis: Monitor and analyze fluctuations in electricity prices and assess their impact on service contracts<\/li>\n<li>Customer Surveys: \u00a0Analyze customer surveys to evaluate satisfaction levels and identify customer needs<\/li>\n<li>T&amp;M Forecasting: Perform monthly reviews of Time &amp; Material (T&amp;M) execution and billing; conduct bottom-up forecasting and serve as a key driver for process improvements<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration with Regional Customer Management: Partner closely with regional customer management teams to gather insights and continuously enhance the customer experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in forecasting and data analytics<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively navigate a complex matrix organization and utilize solid stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration: Proficient ability to work with various corporate units, including operations, finance, and performance management<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management: Effective communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Resourcefulness: Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and varied environment<\/li>\n<li>Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions<\/li>\n<li>Facilitation Skills: Experience in building consensus and encouraging progress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, motivated, and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
