By consistently modelling safe behaviour, prioritizing safety above productivity, and ensuring that all workers receive proper training and resources, you can foster an environment where safety is ingrained in every aspect of the construction process. Encouraging open communication, recognizing and rewarding safe behaviour, and conducting regular inspections further reinforce the importance of safety. By taking these steps, you can help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Reporting to the Senior MEP Manager, Europe, your key responsibilities are:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To liaise with design teams and MEP sub-contractors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensure MEP sub-contractors receive the information needed to progress the MEP installation in accordance with the programme<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Organise and chair weekly co-ordination meetings with the MEP sub-contractors and design teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensure MEP sub-contractors produce the following documents: Coordinated MEP drawings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Procurement schedules Programmes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Progress reports Requests for information<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Attend project team meetings as required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Track the progress of MEP sub-contractors against the main programme and report any variances to the Contracts Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Liaise with the utility suppliers to arrange for power, gas and telco connections<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Provide the project team with up-to-date information on current MEP developments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Carry out site inspections of the MEP works to ensure the installation conforms to the relevant standards<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Regularly check the installation against the MEP specification and drawings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Report any non-conformity to the project team and MEP contractors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Coordinate the production of the following documents at practical completion: As built drawings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O&amp;M manuals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Coordinate training for the client with the MEP contractors at practical completion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Be aware of their legal, practical and regulatory responsibilities, and have a detailed understanding of Health and Safety<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">In conjunction with the Health &amp; Safety Department, ensure that MEP sub-contractors submit a safety statement and site-specific method statement before works commence<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Liaise with the safety department when coordinating the MEP sub-contractors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ensure MEP sub-contractors are made aware of Collen health &amp; safety policies and procedures and that health &amp; safety is discussed at co-ordination meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Reprimand and report anyone observed carrying out unsafe work practices to the Health &amp; Safety Department, site manager, and as required, their employer<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Requirements: The successful candidate can be ex-trades (electrical or plumbing), Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical engineering Worked as a site chargehand or section foreman Understanding of QA\/QC processes, Electrical&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[37,80],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-5732","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry","job_listing_category-budownictwo","job_listing_category-data-center","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
