{"id":5734,"date":"2025-12-15T00:32:36","date_gmt":"2025-06-25T08:15:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5734"},"modified":"2026-03-20T09:53:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T08:53:05","slug":"mercury-campus-planning-manager-groningen-holandia","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/mercury-campus-planning-manager-groningen-holandia\/","title":{"rendered":"Campus Planning Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Key Responsibilities of the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main reporting line to Divisional Planning Manager<\/li>\n<li>Also reports directly to Divisional Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Member of the Planning Department Management Team<\/li>\n<li>Member of the Divisional Management team<\/li>\n<li>Advising and supporting Divisional Management teams<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of Planning within the Division<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to EMT on Planning KPIs on behalf of Divisional Management team<\/li>\n<li>Assessing and reporting on schedule risk levels<\/li>\n<li>Hiring, managing, training, coaching, supporting, developing, leading Planning staff<\/li>\n<li>Providing training for MDs, OMs, PMs, CMs &amp; construction teams in Planning related topics<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with the Client in support of the business<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for implementing the Planning SOPs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that appropriate Planning &amp; Progress systems are in place on each project<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting any Planning related issues<\/li>\n<li>Supporting and advising on bids and tenders including project selection process<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in the preparation of claims and providing data for contractual disputes<\/li>\n<li>Advising on and developing best practice for the company<\/li>\n<li>Improving and advancing Planning within the company<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with Planning Department innovation initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Covering Group Planning Manager responsibilities when required<\/li>\n<li>Covering Planning Manager \/ Senior Planner responsibilities when required<\/li>\n<li>Travelling to projects, as required, to carry out the above duties<\/li>\n<li>In all aspects, maintaining objectivity and factual reporting<\/li>\n<li>Assuming roles as part of the Planning Department Management Team subsidiary functions<\/li>\n<li>All other duties associated with the role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Criteria for the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years\u2019 experience working in planning on large-scale construction projects<\/li>\n<li>Be proficient using Primavera P6, Earned Value Management, Excel<\/li>\n<li>Clear understanding of construction methodologies and sequence<\/li>\n<li>Able to produce programme to plan and monitor the works from necessary information (drawings\/model\/SOW etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Capable of managing the planning of large-scale projects with minimum supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Be highly motivated, a self-starter &amp; able to work well in a team on or your own.<\/li>\n<li>Clear communicator<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well within strict deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Key Responsibilities of the Role: Main reporting line to Divisional Planning Manager Also reports directly to Divisional Managing Director Member of the Planning Department Management Team Member of the Divisional&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_company_name":"Mercury","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[37,80],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-5734","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"hentry","5":"job_listing_category-budownictwo","6":"job_listing_category-data-center","7":"job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","9":"job-type-umowa-o-prace"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
