{"id":5781,"date":"2025-12-17T00:31:07","date_gmt":"2025-06-26T09:51:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5781"},"modified":"2026-03-20T09:52:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-20T08:52:58","slug":"deme-tender-manager-subsea-cables","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/stanowisko\/deme-tender-manager-subsea-cables\/","title":{"rendered":"Tender Manager Subsea Cables"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Your responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients;<\/li>\n<li>work on method selection and writing proposals;<\/li>\n<li>prepare and review cost calculations and programming of works (planning);<\/li>\n<li>work on risk assessments;<\/li>\n<li>liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments;<\/li>\n<li>lead a team of tender engineers;<\/li>\n<li>summarizing and reporting for internal and external approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You hold a BSc or a MSc Degree in a relevant discipline;<\/li>\n<li>you have at least 5 years of experience in\u00a0 the tendering, preparation and follow-up of in installation of oil &amp; gas platforms, decommissioning or construction of civil infrastructures (jetties, trestles, marine terminals, dolphins and in\/outtake structures);<\/li>\n<li>you can work under pressure and keep your team focused;<\/li>\n<li>you have excellent negotiations skills and commercial awareness;<\/li>\n<li>your communication is powerful, at all organizational levels;<\/li>\n<li>you are pragmatic and work in a proactive manner with a hands-on mindset and problem-solving approach;<\/li>\n<li>you have a natural ability to get things done, in a structured way and to certain deadlines. Being flexible, you consider change as your friend, not your enemy;<\/li>\n<li>you are a natural leader, driving your team forward to excellence.<\/li>\n<li>you are an experienced user of the most common MS Office applications.
