We are responsible for providing manpower solutions to work on improvement, optimization and repair assignments within the offshore business.You will be part of a team of committed and dedicated employees that work in a variety of locations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Your main responsibilities will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arranging, leading and participating in meetings, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Manage and track tasks and time schedules, follow up on deliverables from sites, projects, and suppliers, ensuring the complete fulfilment of requests<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that our exchange of documentation with supplier is in line with expectations and handled in accordance with the defined procedures<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas&#8217; policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the Vestas Core Values are adhered to<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Resource Manager in coordination of subcontractor resources and external consultants, working in cooperation with projects and sites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have a demonstrated background in a similar field of planning and operational support<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, and possess strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, preferably with SAP experience<\/li>\n<li>Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a person, we believe you have\/are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to demonstrate safety-first behaviors<\/li>\n<li>Have a strong team player mindset<\/li>\n<li>Great interpersonal skills in working in a multi-cultural environment<\/li>\n<li>Natural leadership skills with a willingness to listen and support team members and individuals<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and a service-orientated mindset<\/li>\n<li>The ability to be flexible and understand the diverse and versatile nature of the role<\/li>\n<li>An innovative mindset with the ability to solve problems with taking responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be part of a fast-growing, fast-paced business that will provide a diverse range of challenges.
