We are multi-disciplinary offices and provide great opportunities to widen your network, experience work on a wide variety of projects, in sectors across the board and provide an inclusive, supportive environment to work in.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>In this role you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Co-ordinate and manage project teams on projects<\/li>\n<li>Serve as discipline Lead engineer on mid-to large- size projects<\/li>\n<li>Provide specialised technical input to studies and design for staff&#8217;s specific area of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical direction for studies and design efforts<\/li>\n<li>Present technical solutions to clients<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality control reviews of work developed by junior engineers<\/li>\n<li>Participate in development of technical proposals<\/li>\n<li>Assist in providing estimates for the engineering budget and schedule and oversees technical resources to meet requirements on large projects<\/li>\n<li>Attend design team and coordination meetings where required.<\/li>\n<li>Input to pre-qualification and selection of contractors, respond to tender queries, comment and review tender returns.<\/li>\n<li>Attend tender interviews with the project manager.<\/li>\n<li>Attend site inspection meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with clients, professional organizations, contractors, suppliers, sub-contractors and other design team members.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and meet effectively the requirements and expectations of clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Portfolio of relevant work demonstrating required competencies across broad sectors including industrial, defence, education, commercial and healthcare<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of OM, Dialux and Relux design software<\/li>\n<li>Competent in the use of NBS specification writing software<\/li>\n<li>Competent in coordinated services routes and optimising ceiling spaces working with other disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with drawing outputs required for 3D modelling in Revit software<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of BSRIA Design Guides<\/li>\n<li>An intuitive approach to initial loading estimates to generate utility quotations and initial plant accommodation<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Building Regulations requirements for energy conservation, net zero and low carbon technologies<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both internally and within the design team environment<\/li>\n<li>Design experience of multi service design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or equivalent experience \/ qualifications in Electrical Engineering\/Building Services Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Member of the IET or CIBSE<\/li>\n<li>CEng accredited or working towards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This Principal Electrical Engineer role will see you work on fantastic projects at Smithfield Market Redevelopment, West Midlands Police, heavy industry, rewarding projects in education, defence, custodial, commercial and retail&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9475,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_rate_min":"","_rate_max":"","_company_name":"AECOM","_job_zagraniczne":"1","_company_website":"","_company_video":"","_remote_position":0,"_hide_expiration":"0","_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-categories":[37,147],"job-types":[2],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-5843","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry","job_listing_category-budownictwo","job_listing_category-inne-budownictwo","job_listing_type-umowa-o-prace","work-model-praca-hybrydowa","job-type-umowa-o-prace"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.5 (Yoast SEO v25.5) -
