{"id":5845,"date":"2025-10-17T00:32:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T10:54:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5845"},"modified":"2025-10-17T10:10:54","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T08:10:54","slug":"aecom-structural-engineer-bristol-wielka-brytania","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5845","title":{"rendered":"Structural Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Assisting with the structural engineering design of complex Engineering projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Performing work to an agreed budget and schedule with moderate supervision.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Taking responsibility for and managing smaller projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Providing guidance to graduate engineers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Working towards professional qualification and obtaining membership with either ICE or IStructE.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Typical duties will include:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Production of structural designs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Managing and coordinating design input and output<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Working with BIM technicians<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Engaging with the internal design review process with one of our Lead Verifiers<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Attending informal design workshops with other members of the design team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintaining outstanding technical quality<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ability to deliver design solutions, assessment calculations and work as part of an effective team<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A solid track record of having worked on a variety of structures projects, including steel and concrete frames, with some experience of dealing directly with external design team members and contractors<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Competent user of building engineering software packages such as Tekla, SCIA, TEDDS etc<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Interacts with Clients in a professional manner<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Strong interpersonal, negotiating, problem solving, and analytical skills are a must<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Able to work well under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Detail oriented, adept at multi-tasking and prioritising workloads<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent experience;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Graduate Membership with the IStructE or ICE<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Assisting with the structural engineering design of complex Engineering projects.
