{"id":5929,"date":"2025-10-22T00:32:25","date_gmt":"2025-07-01T08:21:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=5929"},"modified":"2025-10-23T11:24:12","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T09:24:12","slug":"aecom-bim-manager-krakow-polska","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=5929","title":{"rendered":"BIM Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are currently recruiting for the role of BIM Manager \u2013 Transportation, this position is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on transportation projects for Enterprise Capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Project BIM Strategy \u2013 Lead the development of the technical approach for project delivery<\/li>\n<li>Project CDE Management \u2013 Lead the configuration and administration of the project&#8217;s CDE<\/li>\n<li>Multidisciplinary BIM Management \u2013 Lead the project&#8217;s BIM execution and delivery<\/li>\n<li>BIM Management Documentation \u2013 Lead the production of the BEP and BEP appendices<\/li>\n<li>Cloud Collaboration \u2013 Lead the configuration of cloud collaboration tools for the project<\/li>\n<li>Multidisciplinary Model Federation \u2013 Lead the setup of the federated model<\/li>\n<li>BIM Execution Compliance \u2013 Lead audits of BIM models and report BEP compliance results<\/li>\n<li>BIM Content Management \u2013 Lead the curation of BIM objects, families &amp; templates<\/li>\n<li>Project Content Configuration \u2013 Lead the configuration of templates and create content to achieve project standards<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance \u2013 Lead the production &amp; administration of digital quality assurance control procedures<\/li>\n<li>Technical Support \u2013 Lead data integrated workflows for transportation projects &amp; provide support, guidance &amp; training to project teams<\/li>\n<li>Scan-to-BIM \u2013 Lead integration of Point Cloud surveys with the Project Information Model<\/li>\n<li>4D BIM \u2013 Lead integration of necessary 4D meta data with the Project Information Model, produce simulations &amp; animations when defined as project scope<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related industry BIM standards<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing and delivering project information on multidisciplinary Transportation projects with geographically dispersed teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering BIM data from Civil and Structural design and BIM software such as any of the following: Civil3D, Revit, InfraWorks, OpenRoads, OpenRail<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in and administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise<\/li>\n<li>Experience executing multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection and issue management and an advanced user of any of the following: Autodesk Navisworks, Revizto, ACC Model Coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for Transportation projects, for disciplines such as well as civil structures and utilities and stations<\/li>\n<li>Visual programming \u2013 preferred, working knowledge of Dynamo, Bentley Generative Components and\/or Grasshopper<\/li>\n<li>Demonstratable portfolio of BIM projects for the Transportation business<\/li>\n<li>International experience working with global project teams. Experience working on projects in any of the following: Australia, USA, Canada, UK, and Ireland, Middle East and\/or Asia will be considered favourable.<\/li>\n<li>Communication &#8211; Fluent in English (oral and written), a team player and mentor, with exceptional interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D<\/li>\n<li>Technical design process and construction knowledge for Transport and Civil Infrastructure disciplines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Professional Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Civil Engineering, Design Technology or Construction Technology, or a related discipline project execution or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field.
