{"id":6359,"date":"2025-08-11T00:30:40","date_gmt":"2025-07-21T06:09:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=6359"},"modified":"2025-08-22T10:32:22","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T08:32:22","slug":"schneider-electric-service-engineer-london-united-kingdom","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobtek.eu\/en\/?post_type=job_listing&p=6359","title":{"rendered":"Service Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Your Mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Maintenance of LV and HV electrical distribution equipment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform the following on switchgear, transformers, and related equipment between the voltage range of 400v \u2013 33kv.\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance of electrical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Testing of associated protection devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Perform site risk assessments and assist in producing method statements.<\/li>\n<li>Document test results and produce site work reports.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the formulation of offers for site activities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with works tests when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to customer training activities.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the Company\u2019s service activities, identify and pursue business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the On-Call rota system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have previous working experience of installing, basic commissioning and maintaining switchgear.<\/li>\n<li>Have experience of working alone and as part of a team at UK, overseas and offshore locations.<\/li>\n<li>Hold a full driving license and passport<\/li>\n<li>Possess good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Have good inter-personal skills<\/li>\n<li>Be well grounded in shop floor assembly and test techniques<\/li>\n<li>Be well grounded in the principles &amp; application of electrical safety from the risks associated with live HV networks.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate appropriate underpinning knowledge in the form of academic qualifications (e.g. ONC) or relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we offer you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Competitive salary &amp; Bonus Scheme, 28 Days Annual Leave + Public Holidays, Holiday Buy &amp; Sell programme, Pension Scheme, Employee Share Ownership Programme, Various Health &amp; Wellbeing Support Options, Gym Flex, Open Talent Market (internal mobility opportunities + access to mentors &amp; projects globally), Shopping &amp; Dining Discounts, Learning Portal and much more.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At Schneider Electric, Diversity &amp; Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it&#8217;s an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
