You will be our point of contact on site, with overall responsibility for the supervision and monitoring of site activities and contractor progress, ensuring effective management of project programme, risks and costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>You\u2019ll play an important role in:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"1412\">\n<li data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"911\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Managing contractors on site to oversee daily activities on solar farm, wind farm or BESS project sites and associated grid connection works, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality and project specifications<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"912\" data-end=\"988\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Implementing, maintaining and enforcing excellent on-site QSHE practices<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1059\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maintaining accurate and up-to-date site records and documentation<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1154\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Collaborating closely with the Project Manager on all site-related construction activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1155\" data-end=\"1412\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Liaising with the Project Manager and Contracts Manager during the delivery phase to ensure contractual obligations are met, reviewing payment claims, and determining variation claims, and providing on-site records to substantiate any processed payments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>To succeed in the role, you:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"2211\">\n<li data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1607\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Have a strong cultural belief in safety coupled with extensive construction site management experience, ideally with prior experience in utility-scale projects<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1679\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Have strong interpersonal skills as well as good negotiation skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1768\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Demonstrate an ability to lead a project team on site to a high level of performance<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1769\" data-end=\"1833\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Have an understanding of the PSDP\/PSCS and\/or CDMC processes<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"2045\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Have the ability to work with multidisciplinary project stakeholders including the local community and landowners, local council representatives and technical and legal teams involved in the project delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2046\" data-end=\"2211\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Are driven to meet deliverables on target, with attention to detail and understand the technical and regulatory requirements to deliver renewable energy projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Maybe you\u2019ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don\u2019t quite match all the points.
